Best AnswerI have same problem. New iPhone X which won’t pair with my charge 2. Have deleted charge 2 off app and tried to reconnect. Bluetooth gives me code but when type into phone I error code 403.
Best AnswerThank you Jamie! This worked for my flex/iPhone X problem. This response should be moved to the top!!! Cheers!
Best AnswerI just got an iPhone X a couple of days ago and was having the same problem. I contacted the online chat with Fitbit and was told it was not compatible yet. Just now I decided to uninstall the Fitbit app from my phone and re download. After I logged in to the app, it said it would like to pair with my Fitbit and it worked. All my stats from the tracker synced up as well.
Hope this helps.
I just read another post and it worked. Delete the app itself and reload it. Once I did that and logged back in it worked immediately. I hope this works for you.

Best AnswerI can't explain why, but my iPhone X and Fitbit started working together a few days ago. I will never understand why it took so long but I am thrilled that everything has now synced.

Please note that the iPhone X has been recently added to the list of supported devices, which means your trackers should be able to sync and receive notifications from it. If your tracker is having trouble syncing, and you have already restarted your tracker and your phone, please try the following:
