Where is my weight loss badge email?

So I logged today that I’d lost 120lbs and I was waiting for the email that I’ve always had in 5lbs increments but I’m not had it! 

This may seem petty but I really look forward to those emails and have had that for every other 5lbs increment I’ve lost but not today. 

The badge didn’t even flash up through the app when I logged either.

Thanks for sharing these details and screenshots. I'd like to share with you that starting April 30, 2025, our system will no longer be sending email notifications for new badges. I understand that these alerts have been helpful and encouraging, and I'm sorry for any inconveniences this change may cause. Please note that you'll continue to receive push notifications for these activities. Additionally, you can always view a complete list of your earned badges by checking your profile.
