Why is the weight loss progress wrong?

Have tried going into the webpage and it shows the correct weight loss there BUT the app is way out! So disheartening.

Hi @Coco-loco. Welcome to the Community forums.

Thanks for letting me know that your goal progress isn't updating correctly. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and let me help you with this matter. Recently our team released an update for the Fitbit app, please make sure you've download it. If the issue persists, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the weight tile continues showing incorrect information, please take a screenshot comparing the Fitbit app and your online dashboard so I can further investigate. To attach it in your reply, check this post.
