Wristband count is not consistent with app

My wristband lights will show too many or not enough lights in comparison to the app. Is it fried?

@HeatherDAustin I don't think your tracker is defective, this sounds like it is normal behavior.

 

If you sync your Flex, your dashboard should update and match the progress that is on your tracker. Just for safe measure, I would recommend restarting your tracker by following the instructions listed here.

Also, if you are having trouble with syncing your tracker, the steps mentioned here should help!

Thank you, Derek, unfortunately, I have done that-twice. I also restarted my phone and turned Bluetooth on and off.

I tried to reset again this morninig, i did it 8 times. I saw two sets of flashing lights. However, the dots on my badn and the steps in the app are still not accurate. 😞
