Hi @Cakester711,
I'd recommend making sure that you are using version 2.17 of the Fitbit App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store. Afterwards, I'd recommend:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
Let me know if you need any additional help!

My Fitbit app shows I’ve walked 20,000 steps and my Fitbit itself shows zero and it won’t let me see stairs, heart rate, or calories burned. I can only click to the steps that show zero and when I hit the screen again, it goes blank.
Ive tried all your options here and it still didn’t work. I’ve only had the Fitbit for 6 months so it’s a little discouraging that I’m already having issues. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

I have had my fitbit versa for less then 2 months and I am unable to see my steps or heartbeat on my landing screen. It does seem to be logging it on my app and within the watches setting.
This is very discouraging. It only happened after I reset factory settings so that it would update my heart settings.
