Hi Macro G,
i am also experiencing the same issue with my Fitbit charge HR. I just updated the app to 2.42 and it prompted me to update my Fitbit. The Fitbit was half way through loading the update when I received this error on my iPhone (iOS 11.1). Now the Fitbit is stuck on the upload screen and can’t be used.
I’ve read the linked posts from above and tried forgetting the Fitbit from the Bluetooth menu but now the Fitbit isn’t detected at all. Please help!
Thanks

Hello @TR09, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. I hope you're doing well @Racheldyer, it's nice to see you around.
At this moment I would like to suggest you the following steps in case your tracker is still stuck during a firmware update:
I hope this can be helpful. Please remember not to remove the tracker from your account, only the Bluetooth devices on your phone. Also, keep in mind that your tracker will not pair to the Bluetooth on your phone through here, it will sync and pair again using the Fitbit app.
Please give these steps a couple of tries and let me know in case you need anything else.
