I am trying to set up the fitbit app on my iphone 6s. I keep getting the following error
Opps, Something went wrong Please try again. there was a problem communicating with the secure web proxy server (HTTPS).
Any help will be appreciated

Never Mind, I got it, my iphone had an app on it with a vpn setup which was causing the connect problem

Ah!! That's what my problem was! No app gets between me and my Fitbit!! LOL!

How did you locate the app that was using the VPN!? I'm having a similar issue. I reset my phone, reset my blaze, deleted device. Nothing is working. And NOW when I try and add the device back it won't connect. Help!

On your Iphone go to settings, then go down to general
under general scroll down to vpn, you will see a list of active vpn's
turn them off then remove the app
