iOS 13.5 update not working

I see that you are aware that the update is not working.  Yesterday (May 22) I uninstalled and reinstalled app twice.  Did not solve problem.  Today (May 23) I uninstalled and reinstalled app.  Tried to log in and received the "Oops, something went wrong.  Please try again.".  So still not working.  I wonder do you test your updates before sending out?  This is not the first time this has happened.

Have uninstalled Fitbit from blue tooth and it synced on 22 May after iOS13.5.  Today 25th May, didn’t sync, simply says no device found.  I have reinstalled the Fitbit App on my iPhone and still says no device found.  Any estimated time you will have a fix?

I was having this issue but it resolved itself after rebooting my charge 3 multiple times in a row. Have you rebooted your charge after you reinstalled the app?

By rebooting the charge, do you mean hold down button for 8 seconds? I did this once- though can try again. Or is there another way to reboot the charge?

Kind Regards

I reinstalled the Fitbit app the next day and it’s working fine. I assume
Fitbit technical staff did a fix and it had to update overnight.

I have reinstalled the app 3 times now, restarted my inspire HR, unpaired and tried to pair again.  Only thing I’m getting is the app saying that it found my device and is connecting.  Then it does nothing.  Any ideas how I can get it to pair again?
