I recently deleted and then reinstalled my fitbit app on iphone 7 and now it isn't showing any of the apps on the app for eg my steps, heart rate etc. It is blank and keeps saying 'Tile Migration Failed' and when I click on Discover, that is completely blank too. However, if I log into my other account, it is completely normal, it is just this account and I don't know why. I have rebooted fitbit, deleted the app again and reinstalled and still nothing.

I’m having the exact same issue. And it worked fine 45 minutes ago, and then totally crashed. Tried restarting, force closing apps, deleting and reinstalling, nothing works.

I had the same issue. It wouldn’t open the app except for a brief second and crash. I eventually reinstalled and now it opens, but there is a “tile migration fail”, and one of my info is on the dashboard. Just a blank screen under the header.

Hello,

So I was tracking a walk today and my fitbit glitched and stopped working, I would try and go into the app to see how far I've walked and it would just shut down.  I tried force quitting it and that didn't work so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it.  Now NO tiles are showing up at all, and whenever I try and do anything it comes up with an error that says "Tile Migration Failed".  Literally nothing but a "Discover" button on my dashboard.  Is this part of the new dashboard?  I can't figure out how to get back to the old dashboard.

This is really making me angry so if anyone can help please let me know.

Hi! I seem to be having this problem too! I have the iPhone XR with the Fitbit HR and the message “tile migration failed” comes up! I did the usual turn on and off again then deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing changed!

I’m having the exact same problem, my Fitbit is fine and my app was fine an hour ago, but now when I go to open it, it crashes and takes me to my home screen. I’ve also tried restarting my phone, closing all of my apps and so on but nothing has helped. I have the iPhone XR.

I can confirm that it is probably related to syncing as if I enable "airplane mode" the app displays the cannot connect message but continues to track steps.

Something is going on with the app I think. Several are experiencing the same thing, including myself.

Every time I open my app it closes immediately.  Not happy with this update.  May switch to apple watch. 😞

Same problem here too! Extremely annoying, hopefully just an app glitch!
