Fitbit Update 3/15
It has come to our attention that some iOS users are reporting that tiles are missing from their dashboard after updating to version 2.20 of the Fitbit iOS App. For users who are experiencing this issue, I would recommend the following:
1. Make sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet.
2. Force quiting the App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe on the preview to force close.
3. Restart the App.
If the troubleshoots for some reason are ineffective, users are still able to see their fitness data on Fitbit.com.
Our team is currently working on a fix for this issue and I will be sure to post updates in this thread as they become available.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @fenchurch1. It's great to have you here. This behavior sounds weird. Please try setting up your tracker as a replacement device. If this doesn't work, it could be a good idea uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Rest assured, none of these workarounds will affect your data. Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for stopping by, see you around. ![]()

@Lead Just to double check, when you:
1. Click the "Account" button in the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Click the tile with the tracker you want to sync at the top of the App.
3. Scroll to the very bottom, you don't see a "Sync Now" button or the status of current sync under the "All-Day Sync" toggle?
Please keep me posted!
