Fitbit Update 3/22
Fitbit iOS App version 2.20.1 should resolve this problem. If you haven't already updated, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Fitbit Update 3/15

It has come to our attention that some iOS users are reporting that tiles are missing from their dashboard after updating to version 2.20 of the Fitbit iOS App. For users who are experiencing this issue, I would recommend the following:

1. Make sure that your iOS device is connected to the internet.

2. Force quiting the App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe on the preview to force close.
3. Restart the App.

If the troubleshoots for some reason are ineffective, users are still able to see their fitness data on Fitbit.com.

Our team is currently working on a fix for this issue and I will be sure to post updates in this thread as they become available.

Already tried this dozens of times. Can't add a new device at all.

Updating to 2.20.1 and iOS 9.3 did not fix it, but resetting my phone as mobile tracker in the app did. The tiles are back again, thanx @DerrickS!

I did in the app, like described here, and picked my phone as tracker:

@Mema1952 For clarification, what tile are you missing?

It's also possible that your tile is hidden on your dashboard. Click here for instructions on how to unhide tiles on your dashboard.

Please keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!

Friends: I finally got everything back on my iPhone and iPad when I took
both apps off the devices and updated both the apps and the operating
systems on both devices.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts.

What happened to the Tile display on my iOS iPhone dashboard? I have the most recent updates for my iPhone, FitBit and application, but when I tried to check my information this morning the application hung. After closing and reopening the application my dashboard was in "List" format and I can't change back to tiles.

List dashboard is NO good!

My Surge device still works.
On my iPad, whenever I open up to Fitbit, it shows steps, hr, # of hours, miles, calories, floors, sleep and water (the first picture on the top). It suppose to be the name of device, steps, hr, # of hours, miles, calories, floors, sleep and water (the second picture on the bottom). I wonder the app on my iPad does it.

I downloaded the latest app ios and the steps and miles have disappeared from the dashboard and the hidden tile list.  I am really only interested in the steps and miles,.  I want them back!

@PeWM I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process, click here for instructions. This should help you out!

Additionally, this thread is associated with an issue that is now resolved. Since the conversation in this thread has run its course, I'm going to go ahead and close it.

If you experience a similar problem in the future, I would recommend making sure that you are using the most current version of the App and if the problem still persists, I encourage you to create a new thread.
