Fitbit Update 4/29
Please update to Fitbit iOS App version 2.22 if you haven't already. This App update should help with iOS exercise logs not updating. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Fitbit Update 3/24
It was brought to our attention that some users' workouts aren't showing up on their iOS activity log, but are showing up on their Fitbit.com activity log.
This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. Thanks in advance for everybody's patience.

@Letty68 Welcome to the Community!
I'd recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process, this should definitely help you out. Click here for instructions.
@CCG3 @Wgogle The iOS exercise log not updating is also a known issue that is currently being worked out. I'd recommend keeping an eye on this thread for updates about the issue.
Best AnswerHi Derrick - I actually tried re-pairing (twice), as well as deleting and re-downloading the entire app ... to no avail. Manually entered "Elliptical trainer" entries (the only ones I seem to be having this problem with) still refuse to sync if I enter them on the app ... but sync back to the app if I re-enter them on the web page.
Sorry for the bad news.

Best AnswerI went for a run today-- almost 6 miles. I was using the fitbit app with the GPS to log this run. The map shows the correct route and even the distance and rate are proper. What is missing is the calories and steps! The only theory I have is that I took off my fitbit flex and let it sit on the table and it thought I was sleeping. Anyone else have this problem?
Best AnswerGetting on the list.
Charge HR v122
iOS app 2.22.1 (495).
If I go for a run with GPS tracking on, and then sync with the Charge HR, I get two simultaneous exercise entries in the app. The GPS entry shows route and pace, the Charge HR entry shows heart rate and calories burned.
Yesterday was the first time this occurred. Today is the second.
I have tried exiting ( double tap the button and swipe up ) the app and restarting the phone. Yesterday a phone restart appeared to help. Today is does not.
Thanks!
David
I've also noticed that the "waiting" spinny at the top left corner of my iPhone will do around five "attempt to contact" flashes (spin for second and disappear) when I try to sync. I realize that's not the best troubleshooting information every, but it causes me to wonder if the synchronization is getting hung up trying to contact the FitBit API?

I had exactly the same behavour today for the first time.
No chance to get rid of the red "not synced" and to get the gps-track synced to web.
😞
Using the same software-versions as you on iPhone 4s.
