iOS app not keeping food entries

For the past few days, I have entered food information but it disappears after it is entered. The display seems a little wonky at first as well.

Hello @JRayLee and welcome to the Community!, it's great to have you on board.

This seems like a very odd situation. Have you checked on your online Dashboard if the food logs are getting recorded on the account? It's possible this is just affecting the Fitbit app and not your account entirely. I would like to suggest forceclosing the app by double-tapping the home button on your phone, then swiping up the app. This should help refresh the information displayed on your food logs.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted! Smiley Wink

Thanks, Marco. I did check the online dashboard and the information was not appearing there (it is this afternoon). I finally removed the Food and Water tiles yesterday (neither were working) and waited several hours before adding them back. After I added both back, both started working again and they are working today as well. The Food screen still looks wonky at first, but I can add food and track calories.
