Not sure if this was already posted, but the iOS app seems to not be able to display previous day metrics properly for me. When I’m at the dashboard, I use the left < to navigate through several previous day summary Info and the values refresh several times to display values from current day instead of the previous date that I want to see.
Has anyone been experiencing this problem? I thought it would have been solved with latest update to the app, but it hasn’t.

Same problem here.
iPhone SE (original, not the new one) running iOS 13.3
Fitbit app version 3.22
Versa 2 running firmware 70.8
CarolB’s fix worked for a minute but it has since reverted to same behavior.

I do see iOS version 13.5.1 is indeed available as of 6/1/2020. I believe the issue was confirmed on 13.5.1 and also 13.4.1.

Same here.
Finding this very frustrating: both firmware and app are latest versions.
the other thing I’ve noted recently is that my 5 days of exercise count used to update to 6 or 7 days of 5 (if I exercised....I know) but that randomly now seems to Skip those additional days

Hello @Bdawid and welcome to the Help forums. I am having the same experience with my iOS app (v3.22). I see calorie numbers that come/go and floor numbers that come/go. I use a Versa 2, so this isn't due to something with your Ionic. You are right to post this in the iOS app forum.
The right numbers show up, but it is very annoying. I suspect it is a bug with v3.22 of the app.

Same thing with my Inspire. I cannot find my step count at all and that is what I need. Have tried several things to correct but to no avail

What would be the standard procedure now? Someone from ‚Fitbit’ finds out we have a problem and without advice like ‚reboot your system’ solves it out?

I own a Fitbit Versa. For the past two weeks, my Fitbit app has consistently reported incorrect information. For example, it says I've walked yesterday 3 hours of the 12, when in reality it's simply stuck on today's data and shows it for every day. It does the same with my miles, calories, no. of steps and no. of floors.
I've reset my Fitbit, I've double checked my phone and app are updated. I have logged out from the app, uninstall the app and reset the watch. Still no improvement. I have had a good experience with Fitbit until now.

I'm having a similar issue with my Versa Lite. Today's stats display ok and when i go back a day the stats (miles, calories etc) display ok momentarily then disappear to be replaced by today's data. Steps, bizarrely remain as the correct record for that day - same happens going back more than one day.
Yet when I go say to distance history, the correct distance is shown for each previous day - it's just the home screen that doesn't seem to keep the information and display it properly. It's annoying!!

@Bdawid Before I report this, can you verify that you are using Fitbit app v3.22? I also noticed that when I go back to yesterday and the day before, the correct totals aren't displayed. When I went to yesterday, my app had my distance as of today, right now, not yesterday's.

@TCC2020 @KnitWit1961 I noticed this, too. When you open your app and it is syncing, do you momentarily see wrong data for a split second and then it is right?
If so, another user started a thread and I want to merge them together. Also, do you have Fitbit app v3.22?

@LZeeW it is not doing what you said, I would say quite the contrary: when I navigate back to a previous day, the data will flicker between the data of that day and the current day for a second or two before it gets settled and displays the current day data, on the past day screen. This goes for all past days I looked at. When it synchronises the data, while on the current day screen, all good, no wrong data nor is there any flickering values.

I’m in the same boat. Just updated the app, but it’s still happening. Has anyone heard of a fox? Very annoying...

I have an ionic and this problem started about 5 days ago. The data displayed by the dashboard flickers the correct historical data but then switches to current day results. If I drill down on the dashboard I get to the correct data. Very weird!

Exactly the same trouble and the same version of the app. Using it with latest iOS too.
