iOS update causing problems with Flex 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I updated my iPhone 8+ to iOS 13.4.1 today and my flex 2 went nuts. It doesn't record all my steps, it won't sync when I pull down the screen, it didn't count my calories burned on my exercise correctly, it didn't record one of my hourly 250 step walks (thought it reminded me to move), and it is not deducting any calories burned from the total other than the incorrect ones during the exercise. What is going on?

Hi, LiliyaFitbit. The problem was a Bluetooth problem. After upgrading, the symptoms I listed all happened and a few more. Turns out the phone and Flex 2 weren’t communicating. I had to tell Bluetooth to forget this device and then re-pair the device and the phone. When I did that all the data that wasn’t showing, showed up. My version of the app is 3.20.1. That update didn’t, however, fix the problem with the calories not showing up in the right place and the lack of a decimal when entering custom foods. I would have thought by now that would’ve been fixed.  What’ the status of that? That problem is a pain, especially when foods don’t show in the database.
