.If you are currently on the ios13 Beta the update should come OTA. Try this betaprofiles.com, I hope it works for you
Best AnswerI got iOS 13 beta 3 but I’m still not getting any notifications on my Fitbit. Is there anything special you did when you got the update? I tried removing my tracker from my account and forgetting it as a Bluetooth device, but that didn’t seem to work.

Best AnswerHello all .. I reported the issue to Apple via the IOS beta feedback app. I have a Garmin as well and it incurs the same issue .. calls appear on your device but no text notifications or 3rd party apps notifications.
They will figure It out soon. The first update to the public beta was sent out to day and I already downloaded it. The same problem exists.

Best AnswerOk, this is at least how I fixed this. Went to phone settings/notifications. Go to each app you want to get notified for, Banner Style needs to be set to persistent. Give it a shot!
Best AnswerOn developer beta 4, the Fitbit app does not open at all, do not update!!!
Same issue with me. I'm using the public beta 3, which is pretty much the same as the developer beta 4. It opens and immediately crashes. It doesn't cost the app, as I can still see it when I scroll through my open apps, but it won't stay on my screen when I select it
I’m also having this issue. I’ve tried resetting my phone, redownloading the app, and I contacted Fitbit and nothing. I hope they find a fix for it.
on beta4 I am getting notifications from (for example) gmail no problem, but I get nothing from iMessages at all, and when I receive a phone call the notification shows but persists even after answering the call (ie my blaze keeps vibrating throughout the call)

FWIW: This is not unique to Fitbit ... I'm seeing the same behavior on my Garmin Vivoactive 3.
I think it's a iOS issue and not a watch issue.
Best AnswerI was having this same problem, It kept telling me to turn on Bluetooth but my Bluetooth was on so I went to general on my iPhone and then scrolled down to Fitbit and turned on Bluetooth sharing, apparently iOS 13 update had turned that off, after I did that I set up a new device and added my fitbit versa again and it worked, hope this helps someone!
