I've been having issues with syncing my Fitbit Versa using iOS13 Beta. I've submitted several feedback reports to Apple. My Versa doesn't sync well with iOS13 Beta. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn't and sometime (like today) it continually says "device not found." I've tried restarting my Versa, restarting my phone, uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling. Nothing works. My phone does however sync my calories from MyFitness Pal to my Fitbit app.... just not my steps. So that kind of leads me to believe it's my Versa itself with the issue and not necessarily the Fitbit app. However, as I said this has been happening on and off so it's possible later on when I open my app on my phone, it may sync my steps...hopefully. It's hit or miss. Not sure if it's a Fitbit issue or an iOS 13 issues but Apple is certainly aware of it.

So I’m assuming if you have iOS 13 it’s a beta version because the Apple’s consumer version hasn’t been released yet, tomorrow the 19th is the release date for that so hopefully if you’re having issues in the full release to the consumers they might have it corrected.

Sorry to hear that you’re still having issues.Did you go to settings on your Fitbit and make sure that messages is turned on to receive them from your phone when you get a message?

I’m not sure then I have the Fitbit versa and I’m running iOS 13 beta and my text messages has always come through on it just my heart rate monitor don’t work since a few weeks ago but my messages come through on it fine

I have IOS 13 and can’t connect to Bluetooth anymore. Which means I can’t update my Charge2 because it says it’s not connected. 🤦🏼:female_sign:

Yep, this is happening to me, too since I upgraded to iOS 13 two days ago. My Fitbit buzzes when I start a call.

I am having the same issue with my Versa lite. After going through chat support, which was useless, I still don't have any connectivity, and the watch won't even update to the correct time.
