iPhone 5s cant sync with my Alta

My iPhone can no longer find my Alta. 

This has been an ongoing problem for over a month. I have tried EVERYTHING but nothing works. 

I’ve been in contact with Fitbit and they’ve done nothing. 

Does anyone have a solution? It’s so frustrating. I use my Fitbit to alert me if calls/texts at work where I’m not allowed my phone.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using the following procedure?

 

https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
