iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4 stopped recognizing Fitbit Zip

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This past week, my iPhone and iPad have stopped recognizing my Fitbit zip. The Bluetooth can not find the Zip. I had tried troubleshooting this on my

phone the most. I have rebooted the phone, able/disabled Bluetooth, and rebooted the Zip.  To me, this seems

like a problem  with the Zip, but you may be a different idea.

My questions:

What suggestions do you have?

Has anyone else had this had  this happen?

thanks in advance for your help.

@SunsetRunner, a warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your Zip not syncing with your iPhone and iPad and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you refresh the link between your Zip and your iOS devices by doing the following on both:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro,

I just tried that and it didn't work. Thankfully, I've downloaded the FitBit app to my Microsoft Surface and have been able to sync that way.

And perhaps the next iOS update will fix whatever has happened.

Same problem here. I’ve updated my iPhone X to 12.4 yesterday, and now my Fitbit One is no more recognized.

I got s new phone last week and it was syncing until today. I’ve reset Fitbit & turned off phone a couple of times. I don’t want anything on my wrist & love my Fitbit one. I will be disappointed if they don’t work anymore

Hello,

Seems to be solved with the latest iOS 12.4.1 update...
