Just this morning, the Fitbit app on my husband's iPhone 7 won't open. When he tries to open it, he gets a message saying he needs to reinstall the app. But when he goes to the App Store and tries to open the app, he gets into an endless loop of error messages. We tried turning the phone off and on, but that didn't fix things. Would welcome any advice. Thanks.
