Hi, I just got my FitBit Blaze today and I'm tyring to set it up. I want to keep my FitBit Flex on my app but I want to use the Blaze as my primary tracker.
On the account page of the iphone app. the flex say connected the Blaze says Synced today. I'm unable to get the blaze to Sync automatically. I try to move the all-day sync button over and I get the message Bluetooth Pairing Required. Your Blaze and your iPhone need to be paired before you can use this feature. So I hit Set-Up...then the moving circle appears beside the button...but that is all that ever happens. It eventually times out. Yes my Blaze it near my iPhone.
I have even tried to take the flex off the all day sync featurer but it keeps going back to that. I don't want to have to remove the flex from the app.
I just closed the app and reopened it...I see the picture of the blaze up top when I first open the app but then it switches to the picture of the flex. SIGH....i'm sure it is just something simple i'm not doing...but sure could use some help.
thanks!!!

Hi @StephBlazeOwner it is a pleasure to have you in the Fitbit community with us.
I'm glad to hear you are using both your Blaze and your Flex . In this case, I recommend unpairing both devices and pair them again starting with the Fitbit Blaze and then the Flex. To pair the devices you will find the instructions here for the Blaze and here for the Flex.
Also when using the devices, I recommend using them separately and not at the same time. Also when you want to sync them, sync the Blaze First and then the Flex.
Hope this helps! Let the community know how it goes.

@StephBlazeOwner welcome to the forums! I'll do my best to help you here. Let's do the following:
First, restart your Blaze by doing the following:
Then, restart your iOS device so it refreshes the Bluetooth functionality. Go to your iPhone's settings and tap on the bluetooth option, toggle it on and pair your Fitbit Blaze. When doing this, please make sure that your Flex isn't near (preferably out of a range of 15-20ft) to avoid any interference.
After you've done that, retrieve your Flex and leave the Blaze out of a 15-20ft range and open your Fitbit app. Then, we're going to set up your Flex as a new device so that the Blaze is first in hierarchy. To re-pair your Flex do the following:
1. From your Fitbit app for iOS tap Account
2. Tap Set up a new device
3. Tap on the Flex tile and follow the steps to pair your tracker (when doing this do not remove your Flex from your account)
As a friendly reminder for best results and the most accurate dashboard, switch your trackers and remember to sync each one before removing them. This is why wearing a combination of trackers simultaneously does not provide any more features than wearing trackers individually. If you're interested in wearing more than one tracker at once so you can compare their data, you can do so by creating a separate account for each tracker.
Hope this helps, keep me posted!
