iPhone lockscreen

I've noticed that my phone will not show that I have received a text or make a sound while the phone is locked and connected to the tracker.  If I turn off the bluetooth so no longer connected to the tracker, the phone goes back to normal.  Once I bluetooth sync the tracker to the phone again, I lose the notification on the phone again.  Anyone else expiriencing this?

Hello @DanW2112, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. 

This seems like a very odd situation. In this case, I would like to suggest removing Notifications on your tracker and add them again to reset the connection. 

In order to restart Notifications:

1. Go to the Bluetooth devices on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device
2. Restart your phone
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account tab and then on your tracker's name. 
4. Tap on Notifications and enable the ones you'd like to receive. 

After setting Notifications once again, on your phone go to Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure Show on Lock Screen is enabled. Then, check if when receiving them on the tracker they're still showing up on your phone when it's locked.
