iPhone not synching

My IPhone was struggling to sync with my Fitbit Surge. Off Forum of help advice logging in and out off another device works but is a pain. Read on Forum that pressing home button on Fitbit 25 times might work. And it does. Not always instantly but it seems to work. No idea how or why but might be worth a try..

Let me help you to sync your Alta. Thanks for performing the steps mentioned, as a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times. If the issue persits check out the Syncing Troubleshoot for iOS devices and keep an eye on it.
