my flex won't sync

my flex is having trouble syncing it won't sync to my iphone 4s or my computer i have tried everything! please help!   Woman Sad

My One won't sync today, either.  I have an iphone 5S.  Worked fine yesterday!  Also won't sync to the Fitbit Dashboard on my desktop.

I also have not been able to sync for 3 days now and I have a charge HR And IPhone 6.
