my iphone SE and my Charge HR won't sync

hello can somebody help? My fitbit Charge HR and my iphone SE won't sync. I have tried all the troubleshooting. Switched  Bluetooth for 10 seconds on and off,restarted iphone, deleted and re added fitbit app. Not sure what else to do. I have deleted others devices and also  charge HR and try to re add but does not sync. Thanks

Having tried restarting the phone without any luck I would try restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.

thank you , the instructions where for the alta, my  Charge HR cable does not have a button but i used the one on the side and it worked ! Cheers
