not synching

Ive had my flex working perfectly for all of a week. Now it just tells me tracker not found. Ive done the restart 3 times but it hasnt helped.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @loulou2016. It's great to have you here. Please try the basic workarounds to resolve syncing issues. Additionally, you can set up your Flex as a replacement device. Hope this helps.
