hi! The problem is still not solved! We moved the clock to summer time in Europe today and none of my workouts or activities today show! Everything is tagged with “no data available” - even after I reinstalled the app, restarted etc! I saw that problem was reported back in 2016?! Guys, it’s 2019 and you still haven’t solved it?! I bet apple watch doesn’t have that problem and if it had, they would have taken the time to solve it!!! I really do hope you solve this ASAP and that next year those still keeping with your brand and not switching to apple or Samsung will not have to face it again. Disappointing!
Moderator Edit: Format.
Same here. Two sessions from yesterday with «not enough data available» even though the watch kept track of all the necessary data during the workout and treadmill session.

Hello @SunsetRunner thanks for joining the conversation. Have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's nice to see you too @milalilu I hope you're doing well. ![]()
I appreciate you have taken the time to report this situation to us. I would like to thank you for letting us you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue. At this moment I would like to ask you to update the Fitbit app to the 2.91 version that was recently released. Then sync your Fitbit device again. If you're still seeing the "No Data Available", please force-quit the app and open it again.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.
Best AnswerAppears that it has happened with the change of clocks. Getting the same issue described back in March. Any ideas on what the fix is? Restart / Reinstall / Resync? Or wait a day?
Best AnswerAs this has just happened to me and it's also the day the clocks go forward I imagine it is related, but why?
You replied in 2016, and it's still happening in 2020.
Strava didn't record my run this morning either as an "unknown error occured"
Hmmm..........
Same here! Must be related to the clock change but can’t believe it’s been an issue since 2016 and it’s still not fixed!
Best AnswerJust found this thread. Clocks went forward last night and today my Fitbit is saying not enough data available when showing sleep and exercise stats. Is there still a problem with the app?
Best Answer
Best AnswerMine did eventually provide the data, but showed my max hr at 53 for a 4.5 k run!
I'll see how the next one goes, I expect it will be fine.
Best AnswerGuess what? It’s April 2020 and it’s still happening... Same case of Daylight Savings in New Zealand and my workout has “Not enough data available” for Heart rate and Calories burned.
Quite shocked this hasn’t been fixed in over 4 years...
Best AnswerHas anyone resolved this data issue. I saw several posts from March. Mine just started this today. I went for a walk this morning, read the results on my Fitbit when I got home, finished the workout. When I looked on the app, part of the workout is showing, the map cuts off half way through the walk, the time for the walk is correct but I don’t think the amount of steps is and none of it is included in my daily activity. I have restarted the Fitbit, checked for updates, etc. but nothing has fixed the problem.
Best AnswerNo resolution for when it happened to me but it only happened the day of the clock change and then started working again the day after. Those results were never corrected but its working fine now.
Best AnswerThanks for the feedback. Maybe mine will just start working correctly tomorrow. I sure hope so. The only thing that was different is that on Sunday it does completely and I didn’t charge it until yesterday. Wouldn’t think that would affect it but that’s the only thing that’s been different.
Best AnswerI finished a cycle ride 2 days ago and it logged everything fine, burning 500 calories and logged all my heart rates.
I did the same ride today and said I burnt 100 calories with no heart data?
Am I doing something wrong? I don't understand how it can differ day to day. Really annoying as it's only 3 weeks old
Best AnswerThis is happening to me too today, it's the second day of using this expensive device and already running into bugs. Completely unacceptable and it goes to show how serious Fitbit are taking this problem. Allocate this to your software people and sort it out.
I managed to get this fixed!
You have to wear the Fitbit on the actual ball of your wrist, or slighter past it.
I started to do this 5 days ago and have had reliable data since
Best Answer2020 and still not fixed. Just bought this thing a week ago too. I think I'll end up returning it because it looks like this issue has been going on for years with no fix. Doesn't sound like they actually support the devices once you buy it. Definitely not a good look for the company.
