The app says it is "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals" since yesterday.
This on top of the months-long issue of it not showing old previous days totals for months now. (I'm on a 1650 day step streak, and this looks likely to lose it because you continue to fail to fix the app).
iOS app for iPad, version 4.41.

I have the same issue on my Sense and my wife has the issue on her Charge 6. We both have IPhones of different types running different IOS versions. I’m not happy to delete the app and lose all my years of data. It’s clearly an App issue. So Fitbit please fix or advise a suitable solution.

I have the same issue. I’ve tried uninstalling the app to reinstall but it won’t allow it. The only option presented is Remove from Home Screen. Never had this problem before. Any other suggestions?
I’d like my “goals” back

I’ve upgraded my iPhone software to the latest version, I’ve updated the app, deleted it, redownloaded it, and it still says it can’t load my goals 🙃

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and efforts.
As a 1 time exception, please log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app. (No worries, all synced data will remain saved into your account).
Turn your phone off and on again.
Reinstall the FItbit App and log in.
Try now to change the Goals.

Juan, I followed your advice exactly. This didn’t work. I still get the same message. Ie “Something went wrong Unable to load your goals”. I am trying to set the Nutrition and weight goals. If I go through settings to make a change to them I can see the goals but they appear greyed out and if I click on them I get the same error. However, I have just noticed that the activity goals appear to be working OK. So hopefully that will help you find the problem.

Ditto. This is why I’m switching to Apple.
