The app says it is "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals" since yesterday.
This on top of the months-long issue of it not showing old previous days totals for months now. (I'm on a 1650 day step streak, and this looks likely to lose it because you continue to fail to fix the app).
iOS app for iPad, version 4.41.

Hi JuanFitbit
I use an iPhone 12 Pro with Fitbit Charge 4 and have deleted Fitbit App, turned iPhone Off, turned iPhone On and reloaded the Fitbit App Version 4.48 (44842005). I now have access to Hourly Activity and Steps per Day (avg).
I do not have the correct Streak. It is at 58 day streak. The Streak issue started in August 2024. My streak is actually 1,698.
My case number opened Nov 4, 2024 is still open.
Is there a solution that I am missing?

All, just an update. I noticed about a week ago that a FitBit app update was available ver 4.48. This now works as it should on my iPhone 16 and Fitbit sense in that it now allows the editing of the weight goals from within the weight section of the app without the error message. I also don’t have to use the work around as I mentioned in my earlier post. My wife’s IPhone SE and charge 4 is also fixed.

I have deleted the app, Installed the new version 4.48 and now I can go in and not get the notice but when I change to the hours to what I want and press "save goal" it won't save the new hours.
