"X" button not working on iOS App

For the last few weeks, the "X" to close notifications (such as "Ionic update available") has been flaky at best.  This morning, it just completely failed to respond so I can't clear the notifications.

 

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14.7.1

Thanks for the details shared on your post about the difficulties that you are experiencing with the Fitbit app. I recommend doing the following: 

 

  1. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated, a new version was released a few days ago. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Clear your iPhone cache: How to Clear Your Browser's Cache on an iPhone.
  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
