@ALCOM3434 I am taking a wild guess here. A really wild guess. There is feature called MobileRun which has Voice Cues. It might have gotten started by accident (weird stuff happens).
Try the following: tap on your Exercise Tile > tap on the stopwatch > end the exercise if it is running. If this is the problem, you should delete the exercise because it is junk and has been running for a long time.
If MobileRun isn't running, try a Force Quit and see if that works.
