If you haven't done so, I recommend you doing the following:    Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app? Log out from your Fitbit app Force quit the Fitbit app. For instructions see the Apple help article Restart your phone  Log back into your Fitbit app To set custom intervals:   From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image. Hi there @lisa_sd. Thanks for your help @Rich_Laue.  Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation. I understand your concern as this isn't the expected behavior of the Charge 3. To take a look into this may I know if you logged some activities? Or do you have MobileTrack setup in the Fitbit app? MobileTrack is a feature that records basic stats such as steps using your phone's sensors if you don't have a Fitbit device available. While you didn't have a fan nearby, you might have received incorrect steps if your phone vibrated while you were sleeping. While we are not able to remove the steps you can log a drive activity as @Rich_Laue has mentioned before, to override those steps, see here to get instructions.  See you around. ... View more

To further investigate please confirm if the same happen when you go to your fitbit.com dashboard. If possible, take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your post.   In the meantime, please give a try to the following:   Log out from the Fitbit app. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. If you have any other Bluetooth devices paired to your phone, I'd recommend removing them and then please restart your phone and test the behavior of your Charge 3.    If you continue having difficulties to get the Fitbit connected, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following the instructions here. Once your tracker is restarted, please remove the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:   On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device. Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process.  Hope this helps.  ... View more

@Tree2182 Welcome to the community forums!    Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting.  I understand your concern.   If restarting your Charge 3 hasn't helped, you can also try to perform a long restart by following the steps below:    Connect the device to the charging cable.  While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.  The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.  The device turns off. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.  Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again. Hi there @Gomerk.    Thanks for the details shared on your post.    Please note that if you are able to see the GPS map from your run on the Fitbit app, you should be able to see the details for pace, so I recommend you doing the following:    Open the Fitbit app and tap the exercise tile  Tap the map that you want see Tap pace, then tap the expand icon and you will see the map again and also you will be able to identify where was the low, high and average pace.  Hope the information is helpful.  ... As you have been told by @LZeeW, you should be able to add friends even though you are using only MobileTrack with the Fitbit app. Please confirm if you're doing the following to add friends from the Fitbit app:    Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.  Tap your name > View All Friends > Add Friends.  Choose a method to find friends, then tap the Add Friend icon next to the name or email address of the person you want to add. Hi there @Mieke7786.    Thanks for the details shared on your post.   Please note that there's no need for your Alta HR to appear on your Bluetooth settings as it will connect to your app through your phone's Bluetooth but it doesn't have to be a saved device there. Learn more about it, in this article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?    If you have a Fitbit watch, then it should appear in your Bluetooth listing, to control the music. If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing, please try our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?    If the issue still persists after syncing, I recommend doing the following:    In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then your profile picture and then find App Settings Tap Time zone and then turn off the Set Automatically option. When any of these settings are activated:    Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. The screen's brightness is set to dim. Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on. To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app? 2. Restart your router and try to set up Fitbit Versa 2 again  3. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Note: Before you uninstall the app, verify that your phone is running a supported version of Apple iOS. Thanks for the details that you shared on your post.    As you have been told by @LZeeW, for now it's not possible to recover activity logs that were deleted from your Fitbit account. However, you can manually log your details to get credit for your efforts. To do this, please follow these steps:   Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Exercise tile. Tap on the "+" icon > Log. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type. Enter the activity details, and tap Add. Tap Today and you'll see your exercise logged. Hi there @plainblack.    Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the screenshot provided.    It's odd that your sleep log doesn't show the right time zone. If the Fitbit app and your Fitbit device are updated to the latest version, I'd recommend to verify if the time zone set, is correct on the Fitbit app:   Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture. Tap App settings  Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option. Tap "Time Zone" and select the correct time zone. Please note that it's not possible to connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery like Inspire 2.
