It's great to see you around.    Thanks for the detailed information shared. Since you mentioned to have been prompted to pair via Bluetooth regularly, may I know what happens when you accept this request? You'll need to accept the pair prompt so your watch can sync automatically, receive notifications and appear in the Bluetooth settings as a connected device.   If nothing happens when accepting that prompt and if you haven't done so, I recommend trying the following in the given order:    Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. Restart your Versa 2. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device. Choose your watch and follow the onscreen instructions. Thanks for your reply @Podunk.    I appreciate the detailed information shared. I was double checking the functions for voiceover on the Fitbit app and please note that I was able to get the same information that you are getting now, like steps, calories, distance, floors and the next tiles.    To get more details about Sleep and exercise you can double tap the icon or press and hold it and then tap the expand icon and finally tap done.    If the Fitbit app is still not giving you the correct options, please let me know if you recall when this started to happen, if this occurred after the last update on your phone or the Fitbit app and if this is affecting only the Fitbit app or if you are having difficulties with any other app on your phone.    Catch you later! ... It's great to see you around.    To better assist you, please let me know if your sleep isn't detected at all, you receive the older version of sleep, and not the sleep stages or where you should be able to get the sleep analysis. Also let's try the long restart by performing the steps below:   Connect the device to the charging cable.  While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.  The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.  The device turns off. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.  Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again. Sync your Fitbit and try to scan food again  Also please note that at this time, barcode scanning is only available for customers using the United States food database. Hi there @Febrita.    Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the screenshots provided. I understand how frustrating this can be.    Please note that the location services are required just when tracking GPS data or when using some features, such as Weather. If you're not going to use those features, you can leave the location services off. If you just click on No thanks, probably you will continue getting the pop-up message since you need to select the option from your phone settings, so please do the following:    On your phone go to settings  Find Privacy and tap location services  Scroll down and tap Fitbit and select Never Hope this helps.    ... Hi there @MFMB92.    Thanks for the information and the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior posting.   I would suggest you to please remove the connection between your phone and your Fitbit Charge 2. You can do this, by following the steps below:    Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.  Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app. On a side note:    Force quit, and reopen the Fitbit app to refresh the connection with your device. Go to your phone settings - tap Cellular Make sure you enable your mobile data to be used by Fitbit by toggling the switch to green and after that, you should be able to sync and use the Fitbit app when you don't have Wi-Fi. Hi there @magickittylitte.    Thanks for the details shared on your post and for verifying that the Fitbit app is updated.    If you are getting the basic details but not the sleep stages, please note that there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:   If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). The algorithm is designed to look for intensity and motion patterns that are most indicative of people walking and running. When working at a desk, cooking, or performing other activities with arm movements, a device on your wrist may add some steps. When you’re doing activities that involve arm movement—such as working or cooking—you often walk a few steps in-between stationary periods as well, so the device tries to give you credit for those steps. For most customers, the number of extra steps added by arm-based movement isn’t significant when compared to your overall stats.
