I bought my son an Ace2 and we tried to set it up today. I already have an account and I tried for hours and it won't pair/sync to my phone or his tablet. I removed other Fitbits in the house. Bluetooth was turned on and off. I even reboot my wifi to see if it helps. Nothing seems to work. This is super frustrating! Help please!
I’m having the exact same issue. Successfully setup of the Ace 2, and when I went to sync the device to my app hours later, I no longer had the option to switch accounts. When I select “create family” the app says “family already exists”.
