I bought my son an Ace2 and we tried to set it up today. I already have an account and I tried for hours and it won't pair/sync to my phone or his tablet. I removed other Fitbits in the house. Bluetooth was turned on and off. I even reboot my wifi to see if it helps. Nothing seems to work. This is super frustrating! Help please!

Mine is having the same problem. I can’t switch to his view on my Fitbit app. It says “set up family account” but when I press It, it says I already have an account. Not syncing for days.

I’m having the exact same issue. Successfully setup of the Ace 2, and when I went to sync the device to my app hours later, I no longer had the option to switch accounts. When I select “create family” the app says “family already exists”.
