Just bought the Ace 2 for my son. Originally I paired it with my phone but he received my text messages and phone calls. I changed it to pair with his iPad instead, but now he does not receive his own text messages or phone calls.
also, when I message him through the app, it does not appear on his watch either. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ppruitt323.
Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your efforts and recommend confirming the steps to set up your child's tracker at How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
I would like to advise that the Ace 2 can show call notifications and recommend trying the following:
1. Press and hold the buttons on Ace 2 to access quick settings screen. Check if the notifications setting is on.
2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the Ace 2 from the list.
3. Confirm that Bluetooth on your son's iPad is on and that his iPad can receive notifications (often under Settings > Notifications). Then set up notifications:
You can find more information about the Ace 2 here. For information about notifications, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.
