Her ace 2 only tracked 9 steps today and she had cross country practice. She is a 8-10k+ a day stepper. This happed on Sunday as well when she only got 680 steps. I’m ready to take it back and go back to her Ace.

@Jcarr13 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Ace 2 since it doesn't track her steps properly.
Please restart her Ace 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that she is not wearing the Ace too tight and monitor her tracker in order to see if the issue gets fixed.
