Ace 2 receives call notifications

I’ve recently added my daughters ace 2 and she now recieves all my phone information. Not great when she is trying to sleep and someone calls me! How can I put it back on my Fitbit?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your daughter receives all your call notifications. You can turn off call notifications under kid view in the Fitbit app:

1. Log in to your Fitbit account.
2. On the Today tab , tap your profile picture.
3. Tap My Family > your child’s name.
4. Tap Switch to Kid View.
5. Tap your child's profile picture, and tap the device tile.
6. Find the option to turn off call notifications.

Does that include text notifications too!? His shows my texts!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the text notifications your son receives on his tracker. I would like to confirm that the Fitbit Ace trackers receive only call notifications and you can turn them off under kid view in the Fitbit app.

Hi there, he was getting my whatsapp texts as I saw them with my eyes. I turned off the call notifications and they seemed to have gone away.
