Can someone please help me I cannot change the time on the Fitbit ace 2 watch. It’s displaying the wrong time and my iPhone which it’s connected to is showing the right time. Followed Google’s instructions to change to automatic and still no luck

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tommygrace.
I am sorry to hear your Ace 2 is showing the wrong time. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Under your child's name, tap Switch to Kid View.
4. Tap the account icon> Set Up a Device.
5. Select Ace 2 and follow the onscreen instructions.
For more information about setting up the Ace 2 tracker, see How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?
After syncing the Ace 2 should show the correct time. If the tracker is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please confirm the additional troubleshooting steps here.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
