Hi @Acit you can only get a return authorization number (RMA) if you're within the window to return the device for a refund OR if customer support has decided that you need to return it for a replacement. What's going on?
Ahh, ok, that makes sense. When and where did you buy it? Fitbit.com has a 45 day return window from date of purchase. Other retailers have different time frame for return/exchange.

@Acit I just tried to open the link mentioned earlier, but it's working properly on my end.
However, I noticed that @Odyssey13 provided you with the direct numbers to contact the Support team. The number for the US would be the same one that you need to use for Canada.
