Can Ace 2 connect to Parents Phone?

ANSWERED

So these Ace2 trackers are for kids '6 and up'.  My kids will likely not have any phone or similar personal device until they are in the teens.  It is not clear if this will be usable in a way where the parents phone can track both the parents Fitbit and one or more kids trackers.

In the app I don't see anything about this - no way to add more devices.  Is this possible or do kids need their own phone(!) to use these trackers?

You do it all from parents phone.  Click 'Account' icon (looks like license plate) near top right of phone dashboard.  On Account page, click on 'My Family: Set up Ace for Kids'.

I now see that it is possible to connect multiple trackers to one device.

Thank for the link to the info.

I can go into kids view on my phone, but I cannot get back into my view. How do I do this?

@logoz80, I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for joining us in this thread.

Regarding your inquiry about how to return to your view, you need to scroll all the down when you're on your kid's view and tap on the button that says "Return to parent view".

If this is not the case, please let me know more details of the issue and I'll be happy to follow up.

See you around! 😀
