We can't manually add an activity in the Fitbit app on my son's Samsung tablet. There are only three fields visible when pushing the 'add activity' button: type of activity, starting time, exercise time. When i start adding a type of activity nothing happens and the looking glass icon does not respond when i click it. I have triest restarting a few times, but that did not work. I have alsof tried the app on my phone, but the problem is the same. What to do?

So, what you're trying to do is manually input your son's data on the watch into the app?

The Ace 2 watch doesn't support work-out modes like that. However, the app should let you add a pane on the home screen so you can quickly add bycicle activity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MarijeH. It's nice to see you around and thank you for your help, @wade_t.
@MarijeH Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:
1. Clear cache and force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > Storage > Clear cache and then Force stop.
2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
3. Force quit the app.
4. Reboot your phone.
5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
6. Try to manually add an activity. You can confirm the steps at How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps!
