Change the language of messages on Ace 2

Hello all the day long my daughter receive messages about mooving, Washing Hands but in english and we are french, is it possible to switch the language of the messages ?

My Fitbit App is in English, but my daughter's device is in Spanish.  I read the article of the link you posted, but it is still not changing the language on the device.  When I press on the Today tab and then profile, there is no option of Advanced Settings and Country.  Help please.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. I recommend trying the following:

1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture.

2. Tap App Settings.  

3. Tap Location.

4. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
