Our new ace 2 did update its firmware on initial setup but now will not connect to the app anymore. Please assist with fixing this connection problem ASAP.
The fitbit website does not appear to have a step by step guid on how you are expected to connect the device to the computer. Why is that? how are we supposed to know how to do this step.
