Set up Ace 2

I have a Fitbit Charge2, and I just got my granddaughter an Ace2. I found out she cannot put it on her Fire tablet, no excuse for that!  How can I add her to my community so that we can compete?  Is that not possible either?

Hi @abcolvin,

You will need to pair it with your phone and then set the Ace account up on your phone in order to get it to work.  It should automatically trigger the Family Account to set up, so every time you sync her device, you will need to log out of your account and into the Family Account.
