Time to return - but how?

It’s been 3 weeks and still not possible to set up. Support aren’t trained and it’s all gone to pot since merging with google. 
I bought my Ace direct from the Fitbit website, but can’t for the life of me see how to return it. Does anyone have the URL or instructions to return a UK item?
