Alta HR battery and syncing issues

I’m waiting to hear from Fitbit support team after having a discussion on Twitter but I’m having serious problems with my Alta HR.

 

Out of nowhere it stopped syncing and the battery drained from 100-0 in an hour. When put on the charge it started freaking out and swiping between screens without me touching it. I reset it about 10 times and finally it stopped flicking and it now just has the battery draining issue.

 

I really want to know what I should do or speak to someone who knows what I should do. I really don’t like waste so was hoping this could be fixed instead of buying a new one. I have been using it less than a year so it really shouldn’t be doing this.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the issues you are having with your Fitbit. Since there is already a case for you with our support team, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
