Hi,
This morning my screen has decided it doesn't want to display anything when I tap or swipe it. My battery is half charged and I have tried doing a reset of my tracker but to no avail.

I did what you suggested. The display is on now; however, now I can’t respond Fitbit challenges I’m invited to and neither can I add water on my phone app.

I didn't. Had to accept 25% discount on a new Fitbit.

I am having a similar issue with my Fitbit Alta HR. when connected to the charger after resetting,the display responds to taps.
after disconnecting from charger the screen is blank and does not respond to taps.
Additionally, I have tried numerous times to call the customer service number provided by Fitbit and it is not working

I'm having this same issue, except my FitBit battery was never completely drained. It only shows a display for about an hour after I have plugged it in and performed the reset. It is not tracking steps after the screen goes blank. Now when I tried to reset it tells me to go to www.fitbit.com/setup. Where I go there the website is blank.

My Fitbit Alta HR started acting up last week; I restarted it and it worked a few days, now it seems to be tracking but the screen is completely black-even when plugged in to restart again. I can’t see the logo but it vibrates on restart?!

Hi
i followed the reset instructions but no luck.
the green lights were flashing (not their usual)
and now nothing.
somehow it stopped working yesterday afternoon, assumed battery but wasn’t.
cant get it to respond.
help?
