I have 2 Alta HR that have been bought on 2017. Both have lost the display brightness, but one of these it´s so dim that you can´t see any info on it, despite the environment light.
I-ve looked at several topics and other pages with people with the same problem.
Does exists any solution for it?
Because it´s becoming an useless device if I´m not able to see info on it´s display. I would hate to discover that a brand that I really loved (recently I-ve also aquired a Charge) can´t solve it´s customers problems regarding their products.
