Alta HR is flickering between screens

I re started my fit bit cause it turn off suddenly, even tho it had charge, and now the screen won’t stop jumping from one feature to another and is not syncing to my phone app.

 

help

@alcrwe I would suggest trying to restart it a few more time. If that doesn't help, it may be that your device is reaching the end of its lifespan. The Alta HR was discontinued in March 2019, so your device is at least 3.5 years old.
